📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control and order fulfillment.
• Oversee stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory turnover and minimizing waste.
• Implement and monitor warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP for efficient operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in continuous training and development programs to stay updated with industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software, such as SAP.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations and best practices.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
