In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies to acquire new clients, manage existing accounts, and drive revenue growth. You'll work closely with our sales team, marketing team, and technical experts to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet our clients' needs. With your strategic thinking and results-driven approach, you'll play a crucial role in helping Widya Analytic achieve its growth targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement business development strategies to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth.
• Manage existing accounts and build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and networking.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present proposals to potential clients.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and sales.
• Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
