Cafe Gilang Kebab is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations, addressing concerns and issues to maintain a positive work environment.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support the company's goals.,Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Handle employee benefits and ensure they are administered correctly.,Coordinate with management to ensure a smooth and efficient HR operation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or service industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
