📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage daily cashiering operations, including cash handling, receipt processing, and inventory tracking.
• Ensure accurate and timely transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Train and supervise junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor cash drawer balances and report any discrepancies to the manager.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cashiering or retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
• Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
