📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain food and beverage costs, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Ensure that all staff are trained and certified in their roles.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial transactions.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage safety and health regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
