📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and analyze bridge and structural systems, ensuring compliance with local and international codes and standards.
  • Oversee the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and reports for project documentation.
  • Conduct load testing and structural analysis to ensure the safety and integrity of the structures.
  • Collaborate with project teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to achieve project goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in bridge and structural engineering.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure all projects are completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Bridge and Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in bridge and structural engineering.
  • Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, and STAAD.Pro.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and standards, including SNI (Standard Nasional Indonesia).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid professional engineer license (PE) or equivalent is a plus.
