PT Sumber Nagari is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team in Deli Serdang. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring our products meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Present products and services to clients, highlighting benefits and addressing their needs.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients post-sale.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
