In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support the growth and success of our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Maintain and update job descriptions and posting on various job boards.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and employers.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
