📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on various topics,Assess training needs and design customized training solutions,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals,Maintain training records and provide reports on training activities,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training management software and tools,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages
