• Oversee the daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with a focus on leadership roles.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar).
• Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and staff.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of educators.
• Experience with using educational software and tools, such as ClassDojo or Seesaw.
• Familiarity with local early childhood education regulations and standards.
