📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of employees and visitors.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address potential security risks.,Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities if necessary.,Maintain and update security records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Train and supervise security personnel to ensure they are knowledgeable and competent in their roles.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a secure and safe working environment for all employees.,Enforce company security policies and procedures to prevent security breaches and ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security-related role, preferably in a corporate or high-security environment.,Knowledge of security regulations, laws, and best practices.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, visitors, and authorities.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Valid security certification or license is a plus.,Familiarity with security software and equipment is an advantage.,Proven track record of maintaining a safe and secure environment.,Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
