📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Assist in recruitment and selection of new team members.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and goals.,Represent the company at internal and external events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership and management.,Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HR practices and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
