New Point Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping others. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from home and in the office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR department in organizing and facilitating training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and paperwork.,Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.,Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and issues.,Provide support during employee offboarding, including exit interviews and final settlements.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
