As an International Contract Manager, you'll manage complex contracts for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with international standards. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and a passion for building sustainable infrastructure. With Rotary Engineering, you'll work with cutting-edge tools like SAP, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6 to deliver world-class projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and negotiate international contracts for construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Coordinate with global suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive contract documentation, including terms and conditions, schedules, and change orders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Leverage SAP and Primavera P6 for project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on all projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and project stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in international contract management for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects with complex contracts.
• Strong understanding of international construction standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience with SAP and Primavera P6 is highly desirable.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed for project requirements.
