Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks,Provide technical support to employees,Install, configure, and update software and hardware,Monitor system performance and security,Manage user accounts and access permissions,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures,Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems,Experience with network protocols and security,Good problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus
