📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.,Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.,Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, and direct them to the appropriate department.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor information and interactions.,Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for the company's leadership.,Lead and train junior receptionists on receptionist duties and customer service best practices.,Monitor and report reception area performance metrics to ensure high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.,Knowledge of receptionist software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with property management systems and processes.
