In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on accounting best practices.,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and accounting best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting regulations and practices.
