📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in lesson planning and implementing educational activities suitable for preschool and kindergarten students.
• Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children.
• Support lead teachers in monitoring and assessing students' progress and development.
• Assist in organizing and leading group activities, games, and outings to enhance learning experiences.
• Encourage and promote positive social, emotional, and cognitive development in students.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to maintain open lines of communication and support children's overall growth.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to continuously improve teaching practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment to ensure a safe and comfortable learning space.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with preschool or kindergarten students.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and educational best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and as part of a collaborative environment.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their overall development.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
• Valid teaching or childcare certification/license is a plus.
