📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including identifying needs, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing deliveries.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure the best value for money.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documents.,Attend supplier meetings and events as required.,Handle any procurement-related queries and issues that arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
