PT. Sriwijaya Teknik Utama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) Manager to join our Workshop Operations team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, inventory control, and a deep understanding of workshop operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and company goals.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize costs.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.,Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.,Manage and mentor the production planning and inventory control team.,Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the workshop.,Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track and manage stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and inventory control, preferably in a workshop or manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is preferred.
