CV Terang Kartika is seeking a dynamic and experienced Department Head to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of the department, and driving the achievement of departmental goals. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies and initiatives to achieve organizational goals.,Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Ensure the department meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Strong understanding of industry best practices and trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using office software and project management tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
