📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Review financial records, transactions, and reports to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather information and conduct audits.
  • Stay updated with changes in auditing standards and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal control policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff on auditing procedures.
  • Ensure timely completion of audit tasks and adherence to deadlines.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and audit tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international standards (e.g., ISA, COSO).
  • Knowledge of risk management principles.
