Urban Up Sejahtera is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.,Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts.,Provide support to the finance team in ad-hoc accounting tasks.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Basic understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting.
