Bold Moon Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets all sales and service targets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.,Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing training, coaching, and mentoring as needed.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a customer-centric approach.
