📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on construction sites to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide safety training and orientation to new employees and existing staff.,Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring all workers follow established safety procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.,Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incident reports.,Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure safety standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.,Promote a strong safety culture within the organization, encouraging open communication and reporting of safety concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Safety, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety-related role, preferably in the construction industry.,Certification in health and safety, such as SHEA (Safety, Health, and Environment Assurance), or equivalent.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian health and safety regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey safety information to diverse audiences.,Proficient in using safety management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and the ability to commute to various construction sites in Medan.
