📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and critical thinking.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth and development.,Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to improve teaching practices and enhance student outcomes.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.,Participate in school events, activities, and community outreach programs to enrich the educational experience for students.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a formal educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and educational standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.,Valid teaching certification or license is preferred.
