📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 retail associates to achieve sales targets.

- Implement and monitor inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate branch activities.
- Manage and maintain branch records and reports.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
