• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in chemical analysis and quality assurance in the food industry.
• Proven track record of leading quality assurance programs and ensuring compliance with international standards.
• Strong knowledge of chemical analysis tools and techniques, including HPLC, GC-MS, and FTIR.
• Experience with regulatory affairs and understanding of food safety regulations.
