📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement insurance solutions for logistics partners, tailored to their specific risks and needs.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop insurance programs to mitigate potential losses and ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to evaluate and approve insurance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze insurance claims to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to logistics partners on insurance policies and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the logistics and payment sectors.
• Work closely with the Global Payment Team to integrate insurance solutions with payment systems, ensuring seamless and secure transactions.
• Report on insurance performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance, risk management, or a related field, with a focus on logistics or payment solutions.
• Proficiency in insurance software and tools such as Guidewire, Aon, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of global payment systems and regulations, including PCI DSS and ISO 27001.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex risks and develop effective solutions.
• Proven track record of managing insurance programs and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in other languages such as Mandarin or Indonesian an advantage.
