📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services in both Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all customer needs are met and transactions are completed smoothly.
• Maintain and update sales data using our internal CRM system.
• Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and other business events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
