📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze oil loss data using SAP and Oracle systems to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize oil loss throughout the supply chain, from farm to final product.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of storage tanks, pipelines, and transportation vehicles to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and production, to implement best practices and technologies for reducing oil loss.
• Train and mentor team members on oil loss control procedures and best practices.
• Prepare and present regular reports on oil loss trends, findings, and recommendations to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in oil loss control.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance oil loss control processes and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in oil loss control or a related field, preferably in the agribusiness sector.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in oil loss control.
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle systems for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to travel and work in various locations within Bekasi and surrounding areas.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
