📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure data integrity.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
• Conduct regular system audits and updates to maintain optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Document IT processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT systems engineering or a similar role.
• Proven experience with IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux.
• Proficiency in networking protocols and tools such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
