In this role, you will work closely with our executive chef and sommelier to create a seamless dining experience. You will greet guests with a warm smile, assist with reservations, and ensure the dining room runs smoothly. Your day will be filled with a mix of front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, including preparing tables, taking orders, and delivering exceptional service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
• Assist with table preparation, including setting tables and clearing dishes.
• Take and relay orders to the kitchen, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Recommend wine and beverage pairings with meals, working closely with our sommelier.
• Provide recommendations for menu items based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Assist with special events and private dining arrangements when required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of Balinese culture and traditions.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
